What to include
Make the Report Reproducible
- The page URL where the problem occurred.
- The numeric amount, selected currency and output type.
- The wording you received and the wording you expected.
- Your browser and device type if the problem involves copying, speech or layout.
- A source for factual corrections when one is available.
For example: “On the USD page, 1001.05 in Check format produced …; I expected ….” A focused example is faster to verify than a general statement that the converter is wrong.
